The quiet street, typical to the classic old north, is located between HaMedina Square and Rabin Square, near the meeting point of Ibn Gvirol and Arlozorov streets, with a variety of restaurants, cafes, bars, cultural, community and leisure institutions and chic shopping stores. The building is characterized by an extremely high construction standard, luxurious and rich premium specifications, a lobby designed by an interior designer and an underground car parking. The project will include 31 luxury apartments, carefully planned down to the smallest details.
