Metropolis, one of the largest and most significant companies in urban renewal and urban development in Israel, was established in 2011 and specializes in initiating, developing and building residential projects to the highest standards. Metropolis is managed by Udi Blum and is owned by two leading groups in the Israeli economy – Allied and Eldar.
The managerial experience, knowledge, and professionalism it has accumulated over the years, regularly place Metropolis at the top of the important indices – the Dun’s100 index, BDI, the urban renewal index, the transparency mark, and others.
In recent years, the company has been promoting the execution, planning, and licensing of about 40 projects totaling more than 9,000 housing units. To date, the company has completed about 1000 housing units in coveted locations in the desirable cities in the center of the country – Tel Aviv, Givatayim, Ramat Gan, Herzliya etc.
Metropolis specializes in complex large-scale urban renewal projects, such as the “Metropolis Givatayim Complex”, the “Metropolis Herzliya Complex” and the “Green Park” complex in Tel Aviv, along with prestigious and intimate NOP 38/2 projects, such as the 49 Yehuda HaMaccabi Street and 41 Louis Marshall Street boutique buildings in Tel Aviv.
